- Conversion camshafts are a hybrid, with early '99-'06 inner cam journals and late '07-'17 outer cam journals
- Update old mechanical-style cams and tensioners to new-style hydraulic tensioner system
- 525 Cam:
- Designed to increase torque band width and increase fuel economy
- Bolt in camshaft upgrade for stock 88" and 96" engines
- Performs well in 103" stroker engines
- Produces strong low and mid range power with linear horsepower and torque curve
- Can be used with factory valve springs, pushrods and lifters
- Increases throttle response and eases starting
- Responds well to increased compression and cylinder head work
- Rpm range 1750-5500
- 9° Overlap
- Conversion camshafts do not fit in a conversion camplate.
- Uses the '07-'17 camplate and oil pump with '07-'17 and oil pump with '07-'17 style hydraulic tensioners, chains, sprockets and spacers. Sold separately.
