Going ahead with a 5 star review for these gentlemen. I ordered a helmet with an inner visor. The helmet came with a tinted inner, and I ordered one as well, not knowing the helmet came with one. I received a phone call from Bill with the intentions of checking if I would still want to purchase the second one.
Unfortunately on my part I missed that first call, that’s on me. I called back and Mr Bill was busy so the gentlemen that answered took my name and number for a call back. The second call. They still called me back this evening to talk to me and let me know what all the original call was about. I can sell the inner, that’s fine no worries. The fact he actually called twice about something most other companies would send willy nilly with no thought. Which is a bash on them, some people know the details. I didn’t.
10/10 customer service in my opinion for this action of theirs. I’ll definitely be purchasing again in the future.

Patient and kind
Came her to pick up parts for my boyfriend's bike, happened to look at helmets while I was there and the guy that helped me was so patient and kind! He knew all about the differences between similar helmet styles and took my preferences into consideration when making recommendations. Their selection was pretty wide and they had a GREAT amount of stock (as in it's not all XL/S -you can def find your size same day) Didn't purchase the helmet that day, but will definitely be back to purchase from them because the customer service was A1!

If you’re not taking your Harley to spaz, you’re lackin’. Great service and they stand behind their work. I work on my own bike most of the time and still go to these guys from time to time because they’re a great local motorcycle shop and they take care of my bikes. Keep up the good work. 🤙🏾

Just ordered and received a new Aquacart AQ-19 dolly for our new 2025 Yamaha FX Cruiser HO. The unit was well packed and delivered within one week. It assembled easily and is another great example of an American made product that should outlast me. With a 1300-1800lb weight capacity it should easily move our waverunner where needed.
