- 7 Gauge Mild Steel Mount/Gussets
- Replaceable Delrin sliders
- 1/2”-13 Socket Head Cap Screw hardware included
- Touring Kit includes front and rear bars
- Touring: For `09-13 Road Glide models, the Burly Crash Bar kit does not integrate with the original lower fairing support brackets. Installation requires fabrication of new lower fairing support brackets (not included).
- Front Chin Spoiler on some models may need to be removed or replaced with an oil cooler cover to install the Burly Crash bar kit.
- Due to interference form water cooling lines, the Crash Bar kit does not fit Twin-Cooled Touring models
- Softail: Will not work with forward controls. Designed for Mid controls only.
- Installation on FXBB, FXDRS or FXDR114 models replacing the OEM exhaust due to interference with the right rear spoiler
- Will not fit front Spoilers
- Dyna: Will not work with forward controls. Designed for Mid controls only
- Will not fit front spoiler
- Sportster: Will not work with forward controls. Designed for Mid controls only.
- Will not fit front spoiler
- Exhaust systems that extend beyond the front frame down tubes by more than 1/2" inches may interfere with the installation of the Crash Bar.
