- Constructed using lightweight race-proven materials
- Carbon-fiber muffler outer sleeve, heatshield, and clamp, a titanium end cap, stainless-steel header, resonator, and link pipe, and a black-coated aluminum muffler bracket create a weight saving of 39.6% (3.2 kg) over the stock exhaust
- Alternate routing of the exhaust places it on the right side of the machine (the standard version goes under the bike), resulting in a more racing style, and the carbon-fiber heatshield provides protection from heat and an attractive final touch
- Offers power and torque increases of 4.7 kW (6.4 hp) at 9,200 rpm and 4.7 Nm at 7,650 rpm, respectively, when tested on the Akrapovic dyno and compared to a Suzuki GSX-8S equipped with the standard stock system
- Exhaust system has a resonator in the link pipe, giving the rider a unique sound experience, with a racing and vivid tone, while not compromising performance
- Exhaust system is compatible with the original Suzuki soft side cases set
