Spaz Cycle Operations is a business tool operated by Spazcycle. This policy describes the Google data used by its authorized business workflows.
What we access. With your permission, the tool accesses your Google account identity and relevant Gmail messages. Processing may include message IDs, timestamps, sender and recipient addresses, subjects, message text, authentication headers, and relevant supplier attachments. Gmail authorization is read-only; the tool does not send, modify, or delete Gmail messages.
Why we use it. We use this information to authenticate authorized users, retrieve supplier sign-in codes, reconcile shipment information, process minimum advertised price notices, and keep business records that prevent duplicate processing. Access to Gmail does not grant access to other mailboxes or independently authorize a purchase.
Storage and access. Authorization credentials and workflow records are kept in private business storage. Cloud credentials are stored in Google Secret Manager; local credentials are kept in restricted files. Authorized operators and service providers supporting these workflows may process the information needed to perform them. Relevant message records, extracted business data, and audit records may be retained for business operations and reconciliation. We do not publish mailbox content or credentials in these app pages.
Limits on use. Google user data is used for these authorized business workflows. It is not sold or used for targeted advertising. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Your controls. You can revoke the connection at Google Account connections. Revoking access stops new access through that grant; it does not automatically delete previously retained business records. To request access removal or deletion of retained data, contact dyllanjrusher00@gmail.com. We will identify the records and any business or legal retention requirements that apply to the request.
